  Recruiting Plan is a capacity planning tool built by former recruiting leaders at some of the world’s fastest growing companies. It’s used by recruiting teams to align on hiring goals, forecast hiring scenarios, plan recruiting team capacity, and measure progress against goals.

• What is included in the subscription?

  You have the option to select between a 6-month and 12-month plan. In addition to full product access with all planning modules and dashboards, your subscription includes:

• How long does it take to implement?

  Recruiting Plan is built to be intuitive and easy to use. New customers can create their first capacity plan within an hour once they have their key input data (ie. team hiring goals and recruiter roster). There is very little setup - you will be up and running in minutes.
