The challenge that we’ve consistently seen that gets in the way is the need for better capacity and resource planning on the recruiting team. There can be different reasons for this -- lack of understanding by the executive team on what hiring is possible, on-going changes to the hiring plan as leaders get new information, recruiting leaders lack the experience in planning for productivity and capacity, and there aren’t tools available to simplify the process to drive alignment. As a result, many different versions of spreadsheets get created to hack away at a solution.
We’ve put our collective experiences together to build Recruiting Plan. It’s the tool that we wish we had when we were leading recruiting teams. We see so many companies that are building inspiring products and services that are changing lives. Recruiting Plan is a capacity planning tool to help companies accelerate towards those even bigger growth aspirations to expand their impact on the world.
